Organic Medium Grind Cornmeal makes incredible cornbread, providing a rich flavor and great texture. We grind 100% whole grain organic corn to create a lightly textured meal perfect for corn bread, cornmeal mush, pizza crust and more.
Our corn meal, like many of our corn products, is made from the highest quality yellow corn. Unlike degerminated cornmeal, our corn meal contains the vital nutrients of the corn germ and endosperm, with zero saturated fat. Add it to your favorite polenta pizza crust recipe or dust it on a baking sheet to prevent sticking. Note: this meal is finer than our more coarsely ground polenta/grits.
