น้ำผึ้งมานูก้า เป็นน้ำผึ้งที่ได้มาจากดอกมานูก้าจะมีรสชาติเฉพาะ กลิ่นหอม อร่อยทานง่าย มีสีที่เข้มและเนื้อที่ข้นกว่าน้ำผึ้งทั่วไป ในน้ำผึ้งมานูก้ามีสารประกอบที่มีชื่อเอกสิทธิ์เฉพาะว่า Methylglyoxal (MGO) ซึ่งเป็นสารประกอบเอกลักษณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นเองตามธรรมชาติ ทำให้เกิดฤทธิ์ต้านเชื้อแบคทีเรียได้ดี รวมทั้งมีเอนไซม์ที่ผลิตไฮโดรเจนเปอร์ออกไซด์ซึ่งเปรียบเสมือนยาฆ่าเชื้อโรคที่มาจากธรรมชาติ
